To the maximum extent permitted by law:

FaFinance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the previous 12 months
We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, third - party actions, or events beyond our reasonable control
8. Indemnification
